1. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS

However, if you have a valid reason for cancellation, we might reconsider the conditions. You will have to pay for a cancellation fee worth 50% of your total.

2. BE PATIENT

You have to be willing to wait if ordering from our shop. Some goods might experience delays due to shipping issues but rest assured that your goods will make it to you.

3. PAY ON TIME.

We can allow up to 3 days extension if you can give us a valid reason before the deadline of payment. There is a penalty fee of PHP 50 per succeeding day that you won’t be able to settle your balance from the DOP.

Any unsettled payments within 5 days after DOP will automatically be cancelled. Customer will be blacklisted if this happens.

4. SHIPPING ISSUES

We will not be held liable if there are delays or issues regarding shipping. If your item gets lost, then it’s not our responsibility anymore. State your full and complete address when opting for a shipping option to avoid this problem. 

No 4-Hour Grab Express bookings are allowed for same day delivery transactions.

5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please be noted that our website is only for local Philippine orders. If you wish to order from overseas, please send us a DM. We accept Paypal for international payments.

6. SEND YOUR PAYMENT PROOF

You may send your proof of payment through our Instagram or Twitter DMs! Make sure we note your payment to avoid confusion.

7. SHIPPING THROUGH J&T EXPRESS ONLY.

Do not put any other courier branches when opting for branch pick-up. We can only accept branch pick-ups for J&T Express.

8. NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION

Orders that have been paid but not claimed (ex. shipping fee not settled) for 1 month will automatically be cancelled and be put back up for claiming. We can only provide a 50% refund in this case.

9. RETURN POLICY

In the case that you receive a damaged or wrong product, please let us know right away through our DMs. Do not forget to send photos or videos of the said item.

However, COMETSCRUSH will not be liable for any damages incurred DURING shipment. Any mishandled packages by the couriers shall not be our responsibility anymore.

Please be noted that we can only approve return and refund transactions with the buyer who ordered directly from our website. Any products that were bought from pasalos/resellers are not entitled to any of our return and refund policies anymore. 

10. NO CHANGING OF ORDER DETAILS

Changing of order details (name, address, contact number, e-mail) is not allowed anymore after placing an order. Please double check your details before proceeding.
